I was born into a family of entrepreneurs in the field of porcelain manufacturing and decoration, in a city famous worldwide for its exquisite products. From an early age, I was immersed in an art that required attention to detail, perfectionism and tireless dedication. These values ended up becoming an essential part of my life.
As time passed, my passion for technology and product development led me to pursue engineering. Fascinated by mechanics, electronics and computing, mechatronic engineering became my natural path.
It was at the beginning of my career that I had my first contact with project and contract management, and there I discovered a new passion. I then entered the aviation sector, where I further specialized in managing large projects and complex negotiations. With each challenge, my knowledge of leadership improved.
I always had the desire to take care of people and I found in leadership a way to transform lives and add value, leaving a legacy that could repay everything I received. One of the greatest honors I have ever received came from my team, made up of leaders, colleagues and subordinates, when our department was dismembered to take on different functions. I received the Japanese expression “ichi go ichi e”, which means “Once in a lifetime”, as a special gift. This further increased my responsibility to repay all this affection and recognition.
While leaving a successful career at one company and starting a new business can be complex and daunting, I realized that creating Henshin Solutions would bring my purpose to transform lives to life.
