Here at Henshin Solutions, we believe in the importance of genuine human relationships. The way we connect with others and communicate has a significant impact on our personal and professional interactions.

I recently had the opportunity to re-read a classic book that resonated deeply with me: “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. Written in 1936, that book remains relevant today, with millions of copies sold and influential readers like Warren Buffett.

When rereading this work, I realized the value of recycling and reflection on our own habits and mistakes. The book offers us valuable insights, practical tips and tools to improve our dating and relationships.

At first, I was skeptical of a supposed magic formula for dealing with people, as each individual is unique. However, as I read it, I understood that the heart of the book is looking beyond ourselves and taking a broader view.

The book highlights virtues such as honesty, sincerity, and empathy, and each chapter summarizes these ideas into rules of thumb. One of my favorites is: “Remember that a person’s name is the sweetest and most important sound in any language.” This teaching led me to value what people like to be called and I had incredible experiences applying it.

At Henshin Solutions, we apply these principles in our daily work. We believe that building authentic relationships, based on trust and mutual respect, is essential to achieving extraordinary results.

I highly recommend reading (or re-reading) this book to anyone who wants to improve their interpersonal skills and create deeper connections. We are committed to helping you on this journey of growth and success.

Join us in our pursuit of the art of creating genuine human relationships. Together, we can achieve amazing results and build a more collaborative and prosperous business world.
